How and when did the company get started? In February of 2020, at an interview to be a salon manager, I spontaneously asked about purchasing their mobile grooming van and less than a month later on March 9th of 2020, I was on the road. Less than two weeks after my opening day, all non-essential businesses were shut down due to the Covid 19 Quarantine. With no other way to reach the community, I took to social media advocating for pets, providing tips, tricks, and tools for pet owners to use while all services were closed due to the mandated shutdown. What products or services do you offer? Groom With Me is one-on-one luxury pet grooming in a crate-free facility with private grooming rooms. We focus on calm, assertive energy to provide quality grooming, training, advocacy, and wellness with patience, compassion, attention to detail, and love that you have been looking for your pet. What’s the one thing your business is known for, over your competitors and why? Groom With Me is known for being crate-free, providing quality grooming with quality products and service in a timely fashion. Not only do we service dogs, but also cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, and even parrots. We have been able to rehabilitate even the most nervous, aggressive, or reactive pets and even allow parents to accompany their pets to make the transition easier. Tell us an interesting and fun tidbit about your business. Something interesting about my business is that it started because I was a paralegal studying for the LSATs and struggling with how much time I was spending away from my kids. So, I picked up my grooming skills to help some neighbors, and then I worked for someone for a short while before realizing I had what it takes to create something successful on my own. I helped enough neighbors and friends to fill my weeks and then months and years! 2 fun tidbits are that during quarantine, I advocated for the return of pet grooming professionals and was interviewed by NBC 10 Boston and during the 2020-2021 school year, I homeschooled my 2 kids, in the 5th and 6th grade. In the mornings, we would do academics, and by the afternoon, we were in the grooming van, grooming dogs and interacting with people. Why did you decide to become involved with the Chamber? I became involved with the Chamber because it is heavily involved with developing communities and supporting businesses. I want to be surrounded by a group of professionals looking to rise up together. Another reason is because of Betsy Crupi. Since the first time I met her, she has always supported me and pointed me in the right direction especially when it comes to the people I should surround myself with. Thank you Betsy and the South Shore Chamber of Commerce! How and when did the company get started? Tutti Bellissima Inc. was born out of a deep passion to help people feel their most confident and comfortable selves. After working as a child therapist and social skills coach, I learned the value of helping others feel seen, heard, and valued. 2020 - my husband is a contractor and was frequently being asked for Realtor referrals and told me that he thought I'd be great at it and really enjoy it. I had a corporate job in Finance but really missed interacting with people and decided to pursue my real estate license. What products or services do you offer? I help people buy and sell real estate on the South Shore. I am well versed in what I refer to as "life change" sales such as probate sales, divorce sales, etc. My goal is to make a challenging time a little bit easier. I work with first time buyers, first time sellers, Veterans, etc. Here to help! What’s the one thing your business is known for, over your competitors and why? I am so passionate about what I do and how I help my clients. It's not a "job" to me - its being a resource for people when they are making a major financial investment or transaction. I have a background in Finance, understand the financial implications, and truly care about getting you either the most for the sale of your home or the best deal possible with the purchase of a home. Tell us an interesting and fun tidbit about your business. My husband encouraged me to get my real estate license because he was frequently being asked for Realtor referrals from his clients (he's a contractor) and since getting my license he hasn't sent me a single client. I love to tease him about this. Why did you decide to become involved with the Chamber? I love how much the South Shore Chamber does in our community and had a major case of FOMO. I love meeting new people and contributing to the community so being a member is a win-win for me. How and when did the company get started?
