Part of a new series of opportunities to talk with some of the Chamber and the region's key leadership. The host leader will share some insights about how their organization and how they are making adjustments in this uncharted territory. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and share. Women in Local Leadership Speaker Series NEW! Hear from women leaders on the South Shore about their career path, what they believe being a leader means, and how they keep pushing forward. Navigating the Chamber Featuring one of the most important parts of your membership: the Member's Only Area (MOA). We will walk through updating your member profile, how to add your logo, photos, and video, as well as understanding how to register for event, and submit your press releases. Education Provided by our non-profit and human resources groups, these sessions will assist you on specific topics that are relevant to your business and how to navigate during this time. |
Coffee Connections
Virtual morning networking hour. It's important during this time that we keep connected and start the day off with some positivity. Enjoy seeing familiar faces, meeting new people, and sharing fun insights about not only your organization but, more importantly, you. Kitchen Spotlight NEW! Get to know our local chefs & restauranteurs during this 30 minute program that features a cooking & bar demo and a Q&A with the chef! Ticket fee goes directly to the restaurant to purchase a $10 gift card that is returned to you! After Hours Networking Enjoy a relaxed environment with friends, fellow members, and a special guest. Annual Meeting - TBD
This annual event highlights the change in Board leadership. We celebrate our successes over the past year and honor our previous chair while welcoming our new. Traditionally a lunchtime event with a guest speaker. Navigating the Chamber LIVE - 6x/year This 90-minute orientation program will show members old and new how best to maximize their Chamber membership, as well as learning how to use the online member dashboard. Hogtoberfest 3: The Final Hogdown - October When chefs do battle - we all win! Members & guests can vote for their favorite roasted pork tasting while also enjoying fall-inspired side dishes and craft beer from local breweries. Chef Collaboration Dinner - April NEW! Network and enjoy a 4-course dinner from some of the best local chefs and restaurants in the area. |

Quick 1-hour morning meetings, hosted by a Chamber member. These are smaller in size and more intimate than a traditional after hours event. Business After Hours - 6x/year After work networking at a local business with light food and cash bar. No charge for SSCC members. Ribbon Cuttings - As requested (based on availability) Whether celebrating the opening of a new business, relocation, or milestone anniversary, the SSCC is excited about business success. As a value-added benefit of membership, we’re happy to help offer assistance with your event. Additional fees apply. In Our Backyard Summer Social - 2x/year An informal evening of networking with Chamber colleagues and friends hosted by our Ambassadors in the outdoor space at the Chamber’s headquarters. Summer Passport - June through September
