Get the most from your Chamber listing.

Member's Only Area (MOA)
Through MOA, you can update your company and employee(s) information and most importantly, build your online presence.
  1. Go to the Log In Page
  2. Enter Login Info  If you enter your information and you receive a message that your email is not recognized, we either a) don’t have you listed as a representative for your company or b) your login hasn’t been set up.   You can set-up your own login by clicking No Login Created?   If you still have trouble logging in, email Heather at hmccall@southshorechamber.org or call 781.421.3914. 
  3. Welcome to the MOA  Once you’re logged in, you will be brought to the landing page which will show you upcoming events, what you are registered for, and member news!

Updating Your Profile
In the Profile Update section, you are able to update current information and add any new employees that you may have.  Keep your listing current by:
  • Checking that your company's General Information is correct
  • Complete your Directory Listing by confirming your category, adding a long and short description, and submitting keywords
  • Get social by filling in any Social Media accounts your company has
  • Update Your Preferences by selecting what you would like to be informed about

Your Enhanced Listing
We want you to use your Chamber web listing as an extension of your own website.  The more information you provide with keywords, descriptions, and logos, the better your SEO.  The enhanced listing is complimentary with your South Shore Chamber membership!​
  • Add your company's Logo
  • Upload up to 10 Photos​
MEDIA TIPS
  • To display your logo, you will upload an image for Listing_Logo. Dimensions: 245px(w) X 160px(h)
  • To display 10 photos, you will upload images named Listing_Photo1-10. Dimensions: 200px(w) X 150px(h)
  • If the images don't upload, they are not the correct size. If they are the correct size and are still not displaying, reach out to us!

Additional Benefits
Chamber members are able to post Jobs, Events, and Member Offers. With the exception of news releases, you must be logged in as your company/organization in order to submit.
  • Member Offers or coupons are offers to other members or to the public.
  • News Releases can be added to the website.   Submit your news here .
  • Have a job opening?  Be sure to post it!  You can post jobs through the Job Board.
  • You can also post an upcoming event, fundraiser, educational program to the Member Calendar.

The Chamber website sees an average of 10,000 visitors each month.  Be sure to make your business stand out and enhance your listing.  If you haven't done so, we recommend attending a (virtual) Navigating the Chamber: MOA to learn the ins and outs of your Member's Only Area.

Tips & Tricks

​Logging In/Making Changes
  • To edit your COMPANY profile, you must login as the company OR be an assigned Editor. When you login, you should see ABC Company under the gray navigation bar. If you see your name, you are logged in as you and will not be able to edit company information UNLESS you are an Editor.
  • Editors will be able to make updates to other employee records, pay bills online, and make changes to the organization.
  • Selecting your category is important (you must choose one to be displayed on the directory) but KEYWORDS will get you found. Be sure to fill in your businesses "key" words. BIG TIP: Add your name (or any company rep that will be at Chamber events) so that you become searchable!

Media Update (Logo & Photos)
  • When uploading your logo or media (found in Media Update in MoA), you must use the size guidelines provided. If you try to upload a logo that is not the specified size, it will not show. Don't have a graphic program? Canva is wonderful (free but also a relatively cheap investment for a company). Also, Windows 10 Photo view also offers the ability to resize, crop, and edit photos. You must be logged in to the main business's profile to add media.

Communications & Events
  • Not sure if you've registered for an event? Login with your personal login info and the events you've registered for will be displayed on the landing page.
  • Stay Informed/Update Your Preferences can be done - and should be done - on a company and personal level. Selecting this information allows us to add you to communications you may not otherwise receive.
  • Be sure to add @southshorechamber.org as an accepted domain for your spam filter. We send a a weekly email every Tuesday. If you are not receiving it, it's possible that it is ending up in your spam and/or junk folder.
