What They Do

The Ambassadors are a team of committed individuals from the South Shore Chamber that serves as a vital link in helping the Chamber understand the needs of its membership.  The objective of the Ambassadors is to make the Chamber’s membership & prospective members feel welcomed; made aware of opportunities, programs, and benefits; as well as ways to get involved.

Ambassadors have a monthly meeting that takes place the 1st Friday of the month 9:00 - 10:00 AM on Zoom.
Expectations
  • Attend monthly in person or virtual Ambassador meeting
  • Engage members through outreach communications
  • Attend a minimum of two virtual Coffee Connections
  • Serve as a virtual or in-person facilitator at select Chamber functions​
  • Act as an extension of the Chamber in welcoming new members
  • Help the Chamber identify new volunteers
  • Two year commitment with the option for an additional year when term ends
