Our mission is to promote our member businesses, encourage networking among members, serve as a voice on behalf of the business community, and promote strategic economic development. The Chamber hosts many networking events and well-known community events such as Citizen of the Year, Summerfest, Octoberfest, and the new PizzaPalooza.
We encourage Marshfield-based businesses to join the Marshfield Chamber of Commerce or to dually join the South Shore Chamber of Commerce, and as a Marshfield-based business, automatically enjoy the benefits of Marshfield Chamber membership as well. We work closely with the community and its businesses and are committed to empowering the buisness climate in our area.
If you still have questions or concerns, speak with a Marshfield Chamber Board member or call us to speak with a member in your community and learn what Chamber membership has done for them.
MHS Internship Program
The Marshfield Chamber in collaboration with Marshfield High School hosts a 6 week intensive internship program for high school seniors. Students are released from school for their last six weeks to work full time at a local business in a field of interest.
Students will complete 150 hours on on-site experience and also will prepare a portfolio and give a formal presentation about their experience at the culmination of the six weeks. The students are unpaid, but we do ask host businesses to make a $500 donation to the chamber scholarship fund.
We are looking for local businesses to host interns for our Spring program. If you are interested in being involved, please contact Ashley Stanford at email@example.com.
