(July 20, 2025) — The South Shore Chamber of Commerce announced today that the South Shore Times has joined the Chamber’s Changemaker Partnership program, further strengthening the region’s network of business leaders, community organizations, and local media committed to supporting economic growth and civic engagement across the South Shore.
Founded in 2024, the South Shore Times is the region's only locally owned, digital daily news source exclusively covering the communities of the South Shore, including Hingham, Norwell, Hanover, Marshfield, Scituate, and Cohasset. Through objective reporting, community profiles, and a platform for civic dialogue, the Times aims to inform, connect, and amplify the voices that shape the region. “Local news is an essential part of any strong, connected community,” said Nick Puleo, Publisher of the South Shore Times. “We launched the Times to help residents stay informed, celebrate the people and organizations making a difference, and provide a reliable source of news for our towns.
