After many years practicing internal medicine in traditional healthcare settings, Dr. Carole Vincent founded Cohasset Concierge Medicine in 2026 with a simple goal: to create the kind of medical practice she would want for her own family. She believed patients deserved more time with their physician, easier access to care, and a stronger partnership focused on prevention, wellness, and long-term health rather than rushed visits and reactive medicine. Many of Dr. Vincent's former patients chose to follow her to the new practice because they valued the relationship, continuity of care, and personalized approach they had built together over the years. What products or services do you offer? Cohasset Concierge Medicine is a membership-based internal medicine practice serving adults throughout Cohasset and the South Shore. Services include preventive care and annual wellness visits, management of chronic medical conditions, women's and men's health, weight management, medication management, coordination of specialty care, and personalized wellness planning. By limiting the size of the practice, Dr. Vincent is able to offer longer appointments, direct physician access, and more individualized care tailored to each patient's goals and needs. What’s the one thing your business is known for, over your competitors and why? Time and relationships. The concierge model allows Dr. Vincent to spend meaningful time getting to know her patients, understanding their goals and concerns, and providing thoughtful, evidence-based care without the time pressures often found in traditional healthcare settings. We believe healthcare extends beyond the walls of the office and are particularly interested in supporting community education around prevention, wellness, and healthy aging while collaborating with others who are working to strengthen our local communities.
