How and when did the company get started? In 2009, Veterans Andrew Sievers and David Donnelly merged to form Northeast Pro-Con Solutions. Pest Control and Food Safety under one roof. We may still be the only company in the United States that offers these two services under one roof. If you are in this processing industry, you know why this is needed. . 2017 Northeast Pro-Con Solutions changes their name to profishant, inc. This was done for several reasons, including separating ourselves from the thousands of other companies with 'Pro-Con' in their name, but most importantly, as a homage to the industry that our company was built around: the seafood industry. Residential/Commercial Pest Control, Mosquito & Tick Service, Wildlife Exclusion, Termite Services, Food Safety Consulting, OSHA Consulting What’s the one thing your business is known for, over your competitors and why? profishant, inc. is a veteran-owned company that combines the best practices from hospitality training with over two decades of experience in the pest control industry. We’ve learned that true success comes from genuinely caring for our customers and maintaining honesty in all that we do. Tell us an interesting and fun tidbit about your business. We have many people who either think our name PRO-FISH-ANT is spelled wrong (proficient), but really it is an ode to our beginnings as Northeast PRO Con, our ties to New Bedford's working waterfront FISH, and well, ANT, because we get rid of those! Why did you decide to become involved with the Chamber? We would like to grow our business to serve the good people of the South Shore.
