We’re celebrating everything that happened across the Chamber this summer — from networking nights to professional development, signature events, and ribbon cuttings. A warm morning gathering with new and longtime members alike.
Backyard Bash (June)
A packed house for our annual summer tradition. Members and affiliates networked while enjoying food from bartaco and Players Sports Bar & Grille, plus beer and wine from Bin Ends.

A wintry-themed summer night — networking surrounded by holiday décor and sampling D&B’s appetizers.

🎓 Professional Development & Leadership
Supporting professional growth is central to our mission. This summer brought inspiring stories and hands-on learning.

SCORE Business Essentials Series (May–June)
A six-week series hosted at the Chamber offices, offering guidance to new entrepreneurs. This program was funded by the REDO Grant.
Girl Gang Conference (May)
Heather and Betsy joined a vibrant day celebrating women in business. The Chamber was a proud sponsor and loved seeing so many members participate.
WILL with Meghan Steinberg, Steinberg HR (May)
Meghan shared her career journey, with thanks to Meghan Dunphy of MountainOne for moderating.
WILL with Erin Cohen, Road to Responsibility (June)
Erin’s story of leadership and impact inspired attendees. Moderated by Pam Denholm of South Shore Food Bank.

📈 Signature Events & Industry Insights
Our marquee programs bring together leaders and industry experts to share perspectives that shape the South Shore’s future.

South Shore Development Summit (May)
This year’s focus was on healthcare and its impact on the region. We heard from Edward Mackey of Boston Scientific, architect George Berg, and Erin Yale of Beth Israel Lahey Health Plymouth. Bob Coughlin of JLL moderated, and Braintree Mayor Charles Kokoros kicked things off with opening remarks.
8:44 Breakfast with Philip Eng, MBTA (June)
A sold-out launch of our new breakfast series at Granite Links. Philip Eng discussed transportation on both rail and water, including exciting updates on expanded ferry service.
