Join us for a healthy discussion on Health & Wellness and its impact on your business and employees. We will have three speakers sharing their expertise on health and wellness and how it can impact a number of business drivers; productivity, employee satisfaction, absenteeism, claims and more. This seminar will be set up as a panel with a summary from each speaker and then an open forum for Q&A.
Nikki Tierney, RD, LDN, CPT President/CEO of a Healthy Balance – helping clients find balance through realistic nutrition, fitness and wellness habits.
Stacey Shipman, Founder, Healthy South Shore – offering ways to reduce stress while improving health and effectiveness at work.
Barry Beder, Vice President of Corporate Health & Productivity with All One Health will speak on the importance of ensuring health & wellness for employees with a focus on improved productivity
The seminar will be held at the National Fire Protection Association at 1 Batterymarch Park in Quincy, MA. As you enter Batterymarch Park, drive to the top of the hill, Building 1 will be directly in front of you. There is plenty of parking to your left, which is in front of Building 1. Please check in at the front desk. You will be directed to the Boardroom on the 4th floor.
